We leveled and contoured the land to ensure proper drainage and site stability.

For the slab prep, the ground must be cleared and compacted to create a solid foundation. This includes removing any debris and topsoil, followed by compacting the sub-grade to minimize settling and cracking in the concrete.

We then layed out water lines, sewer pipes, and electrical conduits to ensure they are properly placed and accessible for future maintenance.

For the parking area, we levelled the ground, added base materials and asphalt. As well as ensuring good drainage to avoid flooding and ensure proper water flow.
